Uniform

Just a quick update that we have found an alternative supplier that are able to accommodate all the colours, white PE kit and other items (see below). We are currently negotiating prices, design and online options, so that purchases will come directly from the supplier either delivered to your home or to school. (This will include all the current sweatshirt colours, a range of limited colours for cardigans, white PE kit, book bags etc plus the option to purchase basics in trousers, shorts, skirts and dresses.) This will take time to set up, however, in the meantime some of you have requested uniform. We do have limited stock on sizes and colours in sweatshirts, so please pop to the office or send in a request, when convenient to you, and purchase directly from school for the meantime. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, but hope to have an improved service to you soon.

Multi-skills

Our KS1 (Years 1 & 2) Multi-skillers had a fabulous morning at Coombe Dean last week. They jumped, ran, threw and I think charmed their way to becoming overall WINNERS! They were so proud of their achievements and positively glowed when being presented with certificates in our Celebration Assembly. Go Wembury!

On another sporting note we were very pleased to have received our second PLATINUM award for sports and participation. Hopefully we are paving our way to even more celebrations and events in the future. What fantastic children and staff we have.

Arrival on site

For Health & Safety reasons, unless a child is attending Breakfast Club, NO CHILD should be left on site unattended prior to 8.35am, when Breakfast Club staff arrive in the KS2 playground. Please help us to keep children safe, especially in this colder weather – thank you.

Thank you for you kind and generous donations – we raised £93 for the Poppy Appeal.
