HIITing the Ground Running!

Year 5 have been very busy this week, completing their first two daily miles on Wednesday and Thursday before the rain stopped us on Friday. However, we still had our daily exercise as we completed a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session in the classroom instead. We plan to continue this throughout the year and after just our second mile the children are already getting faster and showing great enthusiasm. Keep it up, Year 5!
