More Maths and Manipulatives

We have explored how we can represent decimals in a number of ways. 

We used Place Value counters in HTO.1/10 charts. We also looked at how a Base 10 hundreds block could represent one whole and each tens stick could be renamed as a tenth.

Please note the children were asked to overlook the printed numbers on the counters and focus on their placement in the table rather than spend too long in search of the illusive 1/10 counters.
