School Cook of the Year

Jodie Pearce, our school kitchen manager, from Norse, recently entered the South West Regional School Cook of the Year. This is an accolade that she won last year and gained a place in the National Finals.

Although there was no prize for Jodie this year, she cooked an amazing meal of Gateau of Fish followed by a Strawberry Dessert with Biscuit and Basil Ice-cream. Judges commented on the high quality of entrants this year and even though Jodie did not win, we are very proud of the fact she gained a place in the regional and of the wonderful looking and tasting meal.
