Yesterday, in between rain showers, year 4 went on a walk around Wembury to investigate environmental quality. Before we left, the children discussed the factors that they believe make a street nice to live on. We then developed the hypothesis 'streets closer to the sea have a better environmental quality'. We carried out a survey of 6 streets and scored them based on the children's criteria. Next week the children will be presenting their data to either prove or disprove our hypothesis.
