What a brilliant way to end the year! A fun packed day of dance mat action organised and run by our Bronze Ambassador sports leaders.
From the first bell, the hall was alive with music, dancing and laughter. Every class from EYFS - Year 6 had an opportunity to take part in this fun and interactive intra school competition. Children competed against eachother for king/queen of the dance mats and the winners of each class went head to head in a final dance off.
The whole day was run by our fabulous year 6 sports leaders. They produced a timetable, a warm up, controlled the computer and timings and designed the certificates; an all around professional event - well done to them!
It was definitely a fun finish to what was a very busy, active and enjoyable term. Even the staff could be found getting in on the action having their own dance off at the end of the day - and why not?!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
