Following Gemma's visit we decided to make some mini habitats in our school grounds. We enjoyed making stick and stone piles.
RSPB Outreach Day. Gemma Dunn visited the school in order to help us explore habitats in our school grounds. We had a great time using an aerial photograph of our school and locating the many habitats around us.

We have had so much fun planning, making and painting our different forms of transport.
We had a visitor from a police lady today- Emily's mum! She talked to us about road safety, showed us her equipment and even took our fingerprints. Thank you so much, we now know how to be safe when we are 'going places'.
A big thank you to AJ's dad, who told us all about his job as a train driver. We found out lots of interesting facts!
We had a visit from Buddy and the NSPCC about Speaking Out and Staying Safe
Wohooo! We have had a visitor. Eddie the Elf arrived through our fairy door today. We are wondering what mischief he might get up to!

Crafty activities... We spent our last afternoon in half term making cheerio bird feeders, CD wind spinners and binoculars for our outside area. Hopefully you will see some of these hanging from our tree!
Maths fun! We did lots of activities to investigate numbers from 1-10.
