It is more important than ever right now for our children to be kept healthy and active as part of their home learning. The DfE recommended time to be active throughout the day for children is 1 hour which we know can be difficult at times.
Please find below some links to some fun, educational and energetic activities and work outs designed to keep our children active throughout the day. The activities can range between 1 minute quick burst challenges to 3 minute dance work outs which can be fun for all the family.
