Continuing our topic of the four main elements of fitness, this week we have been concentrating on speed.
Our class has been working in teams, competing against each other, trying to improve on their speed in a range of different activities. Each team got progressively faster as the lesson went on. Is this due to the children warming up, the speed of individuals or racing against a time? All the children worked incredibly hard today and are really enjoying learning about their fitness and how we can improve it. We will continue our research into speed next week.
