Week 6

Dear everyone,

I hope you are all keeping safe and enjoying the learning projects sent home.

A lot of fun seems to have been had on VE day and another special anniversary is taking place tomorrow, the 200th anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale, a name which is repeatedly heard in the media at the moment and whose achievements are having a positive impact on the health system today.  You will find a link at the bottom of the blog to find out more about her life.

Some of you will have received special certificates for your achievements ranging from being helpful at home, running a 3km distance without stopping to being a super scientist, investigating the needs of plants!  Well done and keep up the good learning everyone.

Best wishes,

Miss Kernevez
