Year 6 will be learning about wellbeing over the next few months. We have taken advantage of free sessions offered by Nuffield Health, aimed in children in Year 6 - 8. Throughout the course of the 12 sessions, the children will be thinking about the importance of diet, sleep, feelings and exercise. With the demands of their final year at primary school and starting at secondary school after the summer, it's a great time for the children to think about these really important elements of wellbeing. In this session, the children learnt about different types of sugar and had the chance to look at different food items to compare sugar content.
